"Faro de Diversidade" foi um material desenvolvido no mês do orgulho, com o objetivo de apresentá-lo a toda a equipe da agência. Considerando a diversidade presente em nosso grupo, notei que algumas pessoas talvez não tenham tido a oportunidade de conviver com pessoas da comunidade LGBTQIAPN+.
A apresentação foi elaborada com a intenção de fornecer informações e promover o respeito em todo ambiente do trabalho, trazendo desde informações básicas como o significado de cada letra, até a história de como nasceu a nossa comunidade.

"Faro of Diversity" was a material developed during Pride Month with the purpose of presenting it to the entire agency team. Recognizing the diversity within our group, I noticed that some individuals may not have had the opportunity to interact with members of the LGBTQIAPN+ community.
The presentation was crafted with the intention of providing information and fostering respect throughout the work environment, covering everything from basic insights, such as the meaning of each letter, to the history of the formation of our community.
